BuyBuyKart’s Return and Cancellation policy
Being a customer service oriented company, we have a simple and convenient return and cancellation policy. Our policy provides you an option to return or cancel the orders if you are not satisfied with the items delivered. The only prerequisite is to keep the items in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
How BuyBuyKart’s Return/Replacement service works?
We advise our customers to check the items upon receiving them and let us know if there is any fault or damage. In case you want to return the item, you need to create a return request from our website.
- Go to My Orders
- Click on Return Items.
- Select the items you need to return.
- Choose the reason for returning the product.
- Submit the request.

During pickup, our agent will perform a quality check of the items to be returned. You will receive an acknowledgment message when the product will pass the quality checks. Once the product is returned, the amount you paid will be credited in 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited to the same source as the payment.
Note: Depending on the location, the user may have to bear shipping charges.
If you wish to replace an order, you need to create a replacement request. Upon receiving the request, our customer service executive will contact you for details. Replacement of a product will only be provided if the product gets damaged during the transit or if there’s a technical flaw. A replacement request can only be initiated within 24 hours of the delivery.
There will be a quality check at your doorstep by our agent. Upon all checks passed, the replaced item will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days. Kindly note, there is no replacement policy for jewelry, cosmetics, ceramic, and crockery items. The customer has to bear the replacement shipping cost.
Cancellation Policy
An order can be canceled until the item has not been shipped. Any amount paid will be credited back to you at the same mode of payment used during the time of purchasing.
To cancel the order,
- Go to My Orders.
- Choose the ‘Cancel Order’ option.
- Select the reason and submit.
For cash on delivery mode of payment, there will be no credit. For other modes, the refund will be provided in 7-10 working days.
Please note: We keep a close eye on defaulters who often cancel or return the orders deliberately. If someone found doing that, he will be declared defaulter and hence can be fortified from using our services. Additional charges can be levied in such cases.
Shipping Policy
At BuyBuyKart, our prime goal is to provide you the best product and fastest delivery service. As our welcome offer, we ship your first order above Rs. 499 free of cost. For other orders, the customer has to pay a nominal shipping charge. The greater the value of the order, the lesser the shipping cost is.
Incase of lost and undelivered orders, the complete amount will be refunded to your account. The delivery charge levied during check-out will also be refunded.
